Day 1: Arrival

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, meet & greet by your driver guide and proceed to accommodation about 7 minutes away: Dinner and Overnight at The Boma. BB

Day 2: Transfer to Lake Mburo

After breakfast, start the drive to Lake Mburo National Park with a stop at the equator. Look out for game like Impala, Topi, Buffalo, Bushbuck, and Waterbuck among others getting there in the late afternoon. Dinner and Overnight at Mantana Lodge. FB

Day 3: Game drive and boat trip in Lake Mburo NP

This is one of the small National Parks in Uganda covering 260 sq. km but still special in its own way. It got the name from the lake that has got an interesting story behind it. Ask your guide to tell you this story. Lake Mburo National Park is home to 354 bird species and 68 mammal species. Look out for animals like the gorgeous Eland, Zebra, Impala, Buffalo, Reedbuck, Topi, Waterbuck Bushbuck, Hippos, Oribi, Bush-duiker and others. Dinner and Overnight at Mantana Lodge. FB

Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi

After breakfast with our packed lunch, we will start the drive to of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. We will have stops here and there to admire the topography, getting there in the late afternoon. Dinner and Overnight at Bwindi. FB

Day 5: Gorilla Trekking

After an early breakfast, start gorilla tracking at 8:00 a.m. in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. We recommend you to wear good walking shoes and carry good rain gear and enough drinking water. Trekking can be tough and challenging and so we trust you are in reasonably fit condition. You will carry a picnic lunch with you into the forest and you will be thrilled to have seen these rare primates (no guarantee) and the return journey could be easier. In the afternoon if you are up to it you will go for a nature walk to fill in the gaps. Dinner and Overnight at Bwindi FB

Day 6: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast and with your packed lunches, we will set off for Queen Elizabeth National Park. We will take several productive stops en-route, and we will hopefully encounter mammals like Topi, Uganda Kob, Buffaloes, Water Buck, Warthog, Bushbuck, Buffalos, Elephants, among others. Dinner and Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge. FB

Day 7: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Queen Elizabeth National Park is the second largest national park covering an area of 1978 sq. km. After an Early breakfast for a game drive. Lunch at the Lodge and in the afternoon go for the boat trip on the Kazinga Channel, to see a variety of wildlife, hundreds of hippos, crocodile and bird life from a boat for two hours. Look out for mammals like Uganda Kob, Bushbuck, Defassa Water buck, Buffaloes, Elephants, Warthog, when lucky a leopard, spotted Hyena and Lion among others. Dinner and Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge. FB

Day 8: Game drive and then transfer to Kibale

After an early breakfast, set off for another game drive looking out for mammals like Uganda Kob, Bushbuck, Defassa Water buck, Buffaloes, Elephants, Warthog, when lucky a leopard, spotted Hyena and Lion among others coming back for break fast. Lunch at the lodge and then start the drive to Kibale crossing the equator again. Driving along the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains getting there in time for a cup of tea or coffee a shower and then dinner. Dinner and Overnight at Crater Valley Lodge. FB

Day 9: Chimpanzee trekking

After breakfast, we drive to Kanyanchu for briefing and group allocation and then head out for Chimpanzee trekking getting back to in time for lunch! Kibale forest is one of the rain forests in Uganda and it is famous for its primates. It is home to 13 primate species making it the number one protected area with the biggest primate numbers in African.

The primates include Chimpanzee, Red Colobus, Black and white Colobus, Red-tailed Monkey, and Grey-cheeked Mangabey among others. Chimpanzee trekking being the major attraction of the park. It is a home to 325 species of birds like the Red-chested Owlet, Greenbreasted Pitta, and White-spotted Flufftail among others.

In the afternoon we drive to Bigodi for a swamp walk looking for primates like Red Colobus, Black & White Colobus, Grey-checked Mangabey, Olive Baboon among others. Dinner and overnight at Crater Valley Lodge. FB

Day 10: Departure

After breakfast, drive to Kampala with lunch enroute arriving late afternoon for your night flight Entebbe International Airport or transfer to your hotel Overnight at The Boma. BB
